Why train online?Well, for starters it is much cheaper. You get quality training at an affordable rate. Truthfully, most people need a trainer to motivate them to go to the gym. They do not have the desire for it and need someone to keep them accountable.  Others simply do not know how to use the equipment and need assistance.  if motivation is not a problem then online maybe the choice for you.  program with instructions and demonstrations will be sent to you, so you will feel competent when doing the exercises. You  can call, text, and email your trainer when you have questions. Things might not go your way in the gym. At times an equipment is being used or maybe the client had a hard day and adjustments have to be made.  That should not be too much of a problem if communication is kept constantly with your trainer. Which I recommend. There are also workouts that can be done at home so that is another bonus of having an online trainer.
