Flash Fit Health firmly believes in putting health first while achieving your fitness goals. We assess your nutrition and training tendencies  to improve performance and avoid plateaus. Our programs establish a base foundation of exercises that will be used for your strength, interval training, coordination, and speed training. Rest periods are then determined based on how your body responds to the program. You will feel more vibrant, get stronger and more healthier than before.

Under his tutelage we hold several records at baseballs Perfect Game and Under Armor Showases. His work with Quentin Holmes lead Holmes to run the fastest speed ever recorded in the United States at the very top of his game. “I started training with Keith a little over a year ago. My goal is to maintain my current weight, keeping body fat at a minimal but – more so – to build muscle; all of this while recovering from a severe wrist injury I sustained from an accident. Keith is extremely patient, attentive and very thorough. I appreciate that he is always punctual, prepared and organised with workout programmes. I noticed muscle growth quicker than I anticipated, but with my underlying injury, I struggled. Keith – in all kindness – put together a “wrist rehabilitation” programmes for me. Not only that, he purchased a hand grip strengthener that I use for the rehabilitation. My wrist has significantly improved. It is amazing, because, not even the therapy I did after the accident helped that much. Not only did he help in those areas; I also had horrible digestion issues. Keith set up a diet and supplement plan for me. I have not felt bloated or stomach discomfort since following those programmes. There is also improvement in my skin, which was unexpected but I am so pleased. Overall, since training with Keith – in the midst of the challenges that arise with my injury – with his guidance and frequent monitoring; I have managed to maintain my weight, my digestion has improved; there is increased muscle growth and definition, also. Keith is truly God-sent. He is a true professional and most importantly, he loves his job and it shows in everything that he does.
